At Ceremonia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your clean hair care rituals. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass bottles and accessories are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
